Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup natural nut butter (peanut, almond, or cashew, without added oils or sugars)
- 1/4 cup monk fruit sweetener
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 ripe banana
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cacao powder
- 3 tbsp Grass-Fed protein powder (preferably chocolate flavor)
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp flax flour
- 1 tbsp chia flour
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips, sugar free
- A sprinkle of dark chocolate chips on top of the batter before baking (optional)

- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a cakef pan and line it with parchment paper.
- Wet ingredients
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, smashed banana (use a fork and smash the ripe bananas), nut butter, monk fruit sweetener, and vanilla until well combined and smooth.
- Dry ingredients
- In a separate bowl, mix together the cacao powder, protein powder, baking soda, sea salt, flax flour, chia flour, chopped walnuts, and chocolate chips.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture and stir until just combined.
- Get ready to bake!
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan. Spread it evenly with the back of a spoon or spatula. Sprinkle a few chocolate chips on top if desired.
- Bake for about 47–50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Store any remaining piece of cake wrapped tightly in plastic wrap.
